This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Rollout Email, a service operated by Codat Syndicate Pvt Ltd.
1. Our Refund Rule
All refunds are based on the available credits in your Rollout Email account.
The amount of any refund will be determined by the unused credits available in your account at the time the refund is processed.
2. Credit Value
For refund calculations:
1 USD = 100 credits
1 INR = 100 credits
Therefore:
1 credit = $0.01 USD
100 credits = $1 USD
1,000 credits = $10 USD
10,000 credits = $100 USD
The refund value is calculated using the available credit balance.
3. Available Credits
Available credits are the unused credits remaining in your Rollout Email account.
Credits that have already been used for email sending or other services are not included in the available credit balance.
4. Refund Amount
If you are eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be calculated as follows:
Refund Amount = Available Credits ÷ 100
For example, if your account has 2,500 available credits, the refund value is $25 USD.
The refund will not exceed the value of the available credits.
5. Used Credits
Credits that have already been consumed are not refundable.
This includes credits used for email delivery or other services provided through Rollout Email.
