This Subscription & Billing Policy explains how subscriptions, credit purchases, and billing are handled for Rollout Email, operated by Codat Syndicate Pvt Ltd.
1. Subscription Plans
Rollout Email may offer free and paid plans with different features, sending limits, and credit allocations.
The applicable plan details, price, billing period, and included credits will be displayed before purchase.
2. Credit Purchases
Credits may be purchased through the available payment methods.
For refund calculations:
1 USD = 100 credits or 1 INR = 100 credits
Credits are used according to the features and services available in your account.
3. Billing
You agree to provide accurate billing information and pay applicable charges when due.
Prices may be displayed in USD or another supported currency. Any applicable taxes, payment processing charges, or currency conversion charges will be handled according to the applicable payment terms.
4. Subscription Renewal
If a plan renews automatically, the subscription will continue until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription through the available account settings or by contacting hello@rolloutemail.com.
5. Upgrades and Downgrades
You may change your subscription plan where the relevant options are available.
The treatment of unused credits, billing adjustments, and changes to plan features will be determined by the applicable plan terms.
6. Refunds
All refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Refunds are based on the available credits in your account. Used credits are not included in the refund calculation.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may:
Request an updated payment method.
Restrict paid features.
Suspend sending or account access.
Cancel the subscription if payment remains unresolved.
8. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices or plan features from time to time.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes before they take effect.
