Billing & Plans

Manage Subscription

Rollout Email allows you to manage your subscription plan and increase your account capacity as your email requirements grow.

Open Subscription Plans

  1. Sign in to your Rollout Email account.

  2. Open Plans & Upgrades from the Billing section in the sidebar.

  3. Review the available subscription plans and modular add-ons.

Available Subscription Plans

The Subscription Plan page displays the available plans, their pricing, and included quotas.

Free Baseline

The Free Baseline plan is intended for users who are starting with Rollout Email. It includes standard limits for SMTP connections, campaigns, daily email sending, contacts, and media storage.

If you are already using this plan, the button displays Current Plan.

Basic Pro

The Basic Pro plan provides increased capacity for growing email operations. It includes higher limits for SMTP connections, campaigns, daily email sending, contacts, and media storage.

To subscribe, select Subscribe with Credits.

Lifetime Deal (LTD)

The Lifetime Deal provides long-term access through a one-time purchase. It includes higher account limits and a defined access period.

To purchase the Lifetime Deal, select Claim Lifetime Deal.

Subscribe to a Plan

  1. Open Billing → Plans & Upgrades.

  2. Review the available plans.

  3. Select the plan that matches your requirements.

  4. Click the relevant subscription button.

  5. Follow the payment instructions.

  6. After successful payment, your account plan and available quotas will be updated.

Manage Modular Add-ons

You can increase individual account limits without necessarily upgrading to a larger subscription plan.

Available add-ons may include:

  • Extra SMTP slots

  • Additional campaigns

  • Additional contacts

  • Additional media storage

  • Additional email sends

To add capacity:

  1. Open Billing → Plans & Upgrades.

  2. Scroll to Modular Add-on Upgrades.

  3. Select the required add-on.

  4. Click the relevant button, such as Add Slot, Add Campaigns, Add Contacts, or Add Storage.

  5. Complete the purchase using your available credits.

Add-ons are managed separately from the main subscription plan. You can purchase additional capacity according to your account requirements.

Credits and Add-on Pricing

Rollout Email uses credits to calculate the cost of modular add-ons. The pricing calculator displays the selected add-on quantities, additional capacity, and estimated monthly cost.

The displayed pricing may change. For the latest plan prices, add-on rates, and available offers, visit the official Rollout Email Pricing page.

Review Your Current Plan

The current subscription information is displayed on the Plans & Upgrades page. Review the following details before making changes:

  • Current plan

  • Plan price

  • Included SMTP slots

  • Included campaigns

  • Daily email sending limit

  • Contact capacity

  • Media storage capacity

  • Additional capacity from add-ons

Important Notes

  • Review the included quotas before selecting a plan.

  • Add-ons can be used to increase specific limits.

  • The final amount may depend on the selected configuration, billing terms, applicable taxes, and other account-related charges.

  • Pricing, plans, quotas, and available offers may change over time.
