Account Setup
Account setup involves creating your account, verifying your email address if required, completing your account information, and configuring your sender details.
Create your account
Rollout Email uses email verification to confirm your email address before registration is completed.
Step 1: Open Rollout Email
Open the Rollout Email website and select Sign Up or Get Started.
Step 2: Enter your email address
Enter the email address you want to use for your Rollout Email account.
Select Send verification link.
Step 3: Verify your email address
Check your email for the verification message.
Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) received on your email to verify your address.
Important: Email verification is required before you can complete your account registration.
Step 4: Complete your registration
Once your email is verified, enter the required account details:
Name
Password
Timezone
Country
Currency
Complete the registration process.
Step 5: Sign in to your account
After registration, you will be redirected to the login page.
Enter your email address and password to sign in.
You can also visit the login page directly: https://app.rolloutemail.com.
Account settings
After signing in, you can manage your personal information, localization preferences, and billing information from Account & Profile Settings.
Open Settings → Profile, or visit Account & Profile Settings.
Personal Information
The Personal Information section allows you to manage your identity and login credentials.
Available fields include:
Full Name
Email Address
New Password
Confirm Password
If you want to change your password, enter the new password and confirm it before saving.
Localization & Regional Settings
The Localization & Regional Settings section allows you to configure your campaign delivery timezone and checkout currency.
Available settings include:
Country / Territory
Account Timezone
Billing Currency
Contact Phone Number
Choose the country, timezone, and currency that match your account requirements.
Billing & Tax Address
The Billing & Tax Address section is used for generating invoice receipts and tax details.
Available fields include:
Street Address
Apartment, Suite, Unit
City
State / Province
Postal / ZIP Code
Enter your billing information if you need invoices or tax details for your account.
Save your changes
After updating your account information, select Save changes.
If you do not want to save your changes, select Cancel.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Rollout Email provides two-factor authentication options to help protect your account.
Available options include:
Email verification codes
Receive a temporary code at your email address to verify your identity during login.
Select Set up to configure this option.
Authenticator app
Use a secure authenticator app to generate a temporary code for login verification.
Select Set up to configure this option.
Note: Two-factor authentication is separate from the email verification required during account registration.
Sending email campaigns
Rollout Email does not provide SMTP by default.
To send email campaigns, you can add your own SMTP credentials to your account.
If you purchase SMTP from Rollout Email, you can use that service for sending.
Important: Since Rollout Email does not provide SMTP by default, you do not need to verify a sending domain for the purpose of using an SMTP service provided by Rollout Email.
Plans and account limits
A new Rollout Email account is assigned a free plan.
You can purchase credits and subscribe to a plan, or use the pay-as-you-go plan.
