Sending Campaign

Sending a campaign allows you to deliver an email campaign to the selected audience using the configured SMTP settings. A campaign can be sent immediately or scheduled for a later date and time.

Before Sending a Campaign

Make sure that:

  • The campaign name and subject are correct.

  • An email template has been selected.

  • At least one SMTP configuration is available.

  • The target audience has been selected.

  • The estimated reach is within the available email credits.

  • The campaign content has been reviewed.

  • Any attachments, tracking parameters, or webhook settings are configured correctly.

Steps to Send a Campaign

  1. Go to Campaigns → All Campaign.

  2. Open the campaign you want to send.

  3. Review the campaign settings, including:

    • Campaign name

    • Email subject

    • Reply-to address

    • Email template

    • SMTP configuration

    • Target audience

    • Total estimated reach

  4. Check the Scheduling Pipeline section.

  5. To send the campaign immediately, leave Schedule Delivery Time blank.

  6. To send the campaign later, select the required date and time.

  7. Review the campaign details and confirm that the selected audience and SMTP settings are correct.

  8. Click Create to save and send the campaign according to the selected delivery schedule.

Immediate Sending

When no delivery time is selected, the campaign is configured for immediate delivery.

Before confirming, verify that:

  • The recipient audience is correct.

  • The email content is final.

  • The SMTP configuration is working.

  • The campaign does not exceed the available credits.

  • The subject and reply-to address are correct.

Scheduled Sending

When a future date and time is selected, the campaign is scheduled for delivery. The campaign will be sent according to the configured schedule rather than immediately.

Review the selected date and time carefully before saving the campaign.
