Email Campaigns
Email Editor
Rollout Email provides two ways to create email content: the Text Editor for writing and formatting emails directly, and the Drag-and-Drop Builder for designing emails using visual layouts and content elements. Choose the editor that best suits your campaign requirements.
Text Editor
The Text Editor is a simple way to create an email using formatted text. It is suitable for newsletters, announcements, and campaigns where the main focus is written content.
Open the Text Editor
Open Email Template in the sidebar.
Select New Text Template.
Enter the template details.
Write and format your email content.
Select Create to save the template.
Template Details
The Text Editor requires the following information:
Field | Description |

Html clean | Enter and format the email body content. |
Formatting Tools
The editor provides tools for common email formatting, including:
Bold
Italic
Underline
Strikethrough
Subscript and superscript
Headings
Text alignment
Lists
Links
Tables
Undo and redo
Save the Template
After completing the content, choose one of the following actions:
Create — Save the template.
Create & create another — Save the template and open a new template form.
Cancel — Leave without creating the template.
Drag-and-Drop Builder
The Drag-and-Drop Builder is a visual email design tool. It allows you to create layouts by selecting elements and arranging them in the email workspace.
This editor is suitable for newsletters, promotional emails, product announcements, and other campaigns that require a structured visual design.
Open the Builder
Open Email Template in the sidebar.
Select New Builder Template.
Enter the template name and subject.
Select Launch Workspace Editor.
Design the email using the builder.
Select Save Template when finished.
Template Details

Workspace Editor
The workspace editor contains the main areas used to design an email.
Area | Description |

Canvas | The central workspace where the email design is created. |
Style Settings Layout | The panel used to customize the selected element. |
Elements Matrix | The panel containing available layout and content elements. |
Layouts Matrix | The section containing layout options such as columns and split layouts. |
Device Preview | The controls used to view the design in different device layouts. |
Save Template | Saves the completed email template. |
Layout Options
The builder provides layout elements such as:

Additional elements can be selected from the Elements Matrix as available.
Style Settings
Select an element on the canvas to customize its appearance.
The Style Settings panel includes:
Dimension — Adjust size and spacing.
Typography — Customize text appearance.
Decorations — Customize visual styling.
Device Preview
Use the device controls in the workspace editor to preview the email in different layouts, helping you check how the design appears across devices.
Save the Template
Select Save Template in the workspace editor to save the completed design.
