Email Campaigns
Creating Campaign
Create your first email campaign by selecting an email template, configuring the delivery settings, choosing your audience, and optionally scheduling or tracking the campaign.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
An email template.
At least one SMTP configuration.
Contacts available in your contact list.
Sufficient email credits for the campaign.
Create a Campaign
Open Campaigns → All Campaign, then select Create to open the campaign creation form.
1. Core Parameters
The Core Parameters section contains the basic information for your campaign.
Field | Description |

Name | Enter a name to identify the campaign. |
Type | Select the campaign type, such as Bulk Marketing Blast. |
Subject | Enter the email subject. This can also be used for A/B testing or to override the template subject. |
Reply to | Specify the email address where recipients can send replies. If left blank, it defaults to the sender account profile. |
Status | Select the campaign status, such as Active. |
Email Template | Select the template to use for the campaign. |
2. SMTP Rotation & Quotas
The SMTP Rotation & Quotas section controls which SMTP servers are used to deliver the campaign.
You can assign one or multiple SMTP servers and configure delivery limits for each rotation.
Field | Description |

Campaign SMTPs | Add or remove SMTP delivery profiles for the campaign. |
SMTP Delivery Profile | Select the SMTP configuration to use. |
Batch Speed | Set the number of emails sent per rotation. |
Total Limit | Set the maximum number of emails for the campaign. Leave blank for unlimited sending. |
3. Audience Selection
The Audience Selection section determines which contacts receive the campaign.
Field | Description |

Target Contact Tags | Select tags to target specific groups of contacts. Leave blank to target all active contacts. |
Contact Delivery Status | Select the delivery status of contacts to include. |
Total Estimated Reach | Displays the estimated number of contacts who will receive the campaign. |
4. File Attachments
The File Attachments section allows you to attach files to your email.
Drag and drop files into the upload area or select Browse to choose files from your device. Uploaded files are sent as email attachments.
5. Scheduling Pipeline
The Scheduling Pipeline section allows you to choose when the campaign is delivered.
Enter a Schedule Delivery Time to schedule the campaign. Leave the field blank to send it immediately.
6. Custom Campaign Tracking
The Custom Campaign Tracking section provides optional tracking settings.
Append Google Analytics (UTM) Parameters — Add UTM parameters to campaign links.
Send Live Delivery Webhook — Send open and click events to an external analytics server.
7. A/B Split Testing Configuration
The A/B Split Testing Configuration section allows you to test different subject lines or content variations on a sample of your audience before sending to the remaining recipients.
Enable A/B Testing to activate this option.
Create the Campaign
After completing the required fields, choose one of the following actions:
Create — Save the campaign.
Create & create another — Save the campaign and open a new campaign form.
Cancel — Leave the form without creating the campaign.

Email subject entered.
Email template selected.
SMTP delivery profile configured.
Batch speed configured.
Audience and delivery status selected.
Attachments added, if required.
Delivery time selected, if scheduling is required.
Tracking options configured, if required.
A/B testing enabled, if required.
Campaign created.
