Email Campaigns

Campaign Management

Campaign Management allows you to view and manage existing email campaigns from one place. It helps you review campaign details, check delivery status, and access campaign performance information.

Accessing Campaigns

  1. Go to Campaigns → All Campaign.

  2. Review the list of existing campaigns.

  3. Select a campaign to open its details.

Managing an Existing Campaign

When you open a campaign, review its configuration and delivery information.

Depending on the campaign's status and available actions, you can:

  • Review the campaign name and subject.

  • Check the selected email template.

  • Review the SMTP configuration and delivery settings.

  • Check the selected audience and estimated reach.

  • Review the scheduled delivery time.

  • Edit campaign details when editing is available.

  • Access campaign performance information.

Campaign Status

Campaign status helps you understand the current state of a campaign.

Status

Meaning

Draft

The campaign is being prepared and has not been sent.

Scheduled

The campaign is configured for delivery at a future date and time.

Active

The campaign is enabled for delivery according to its configuration.

The available statuses and actions may depend on the campaign configuration and the features enabled in your account.

Reviewing Campaign Details

Before sending or modifying a campaign, review:

  • Core Parameters: Name, type, subject, reply-to address, status, and email template.

  • SMTP Rotation & Quotas: Selected SMTPs, delivery profile, batch speed, and total limit.

  • Audience Selection: Target contact tags, contact delivery status, and estimated reach.

  • File Attachments: Files included with the campaign.

  • Scheduling Pipeline: Selected delivery date and time.

  • Custom Campaign Tracking: UTM parameters and live delivery webhook settings.

  • A/B Split Testing Configuration: Whether A/B testing is enabled.

Managing Scheduled Campaigns

For a scheduled campaign:

  1. Open Campaigns → All Campaign.

  2. Select the scheduled campaign.

  3. Review the delivery date and time.

  4. Check the campaign configuration.

  5. Make any available changes before delivery.

Monitoring Campaign Performance

After a campaign has been sent, review its performance to understand delivery and engagement.

The dashboard provides campaign-related metrics such as:

  • Emails Sent

  • Open Rate

  • Click Rate

  • Failed
